Products and Information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device display. Product information may be updated when necessary.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the product. We may cancel or reject an order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised

• A product is unavailable

• Pricing or product information contains a clear error

• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

• Delivery cannot be completed to the supplied address

If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable will be shown before the order is submitted. Only payment methods displayed during checkout are accepted.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Estimated processing time is 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 4–9 business days in transit.

Total estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days.

Standard UK shipping is free.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery under our Refund and Return Policy.

Approved return shipping is free, and no restocking fee is charged.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Product Use

Customers must follow all product instructions, care information, warnings, and safety guidance.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, neglect, or failure to follow supplied instructions.

Warranty

Eligible products include a 12-month GrillNova store warranty covering confirmed manufacturing defects, subject to our Warranty Policy.

The warranty is provided in addition to applicable statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, graphics, and original written material may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, public emergencies, or government action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers may retain any mandatory legal rights available in their place of residence.
